Julio and his team did a great job at installing my very heavy iron door I purchased from a company in Southern California. Julio was easy to work with and was very interested in making sure that we as his clients were getting the best service he could provide. He carefully assessed our current windows, noting the ones needing replacement, as well as noting that the screens for the remaining windows needed replacing. He also reset and resealed the French doors that were improperly installed by the previous owners, thereby fixing every window or door that was leaking air. The new windows are absolutely wonderful. Right from the start Julio came across as extremely knowledgeable, patient, responsive and a professional. He gave us unbiased advice as we were selecting the windows and did not push us in our choices and even in our selection of the dealer. Julio and his team did a thorough job of installing our new windows. They came on time, kept the work place clean at the end of every day and finisbed installation on the date that they had promised. The final work product looks wonderful and the best testament was acknowledment from our own contractor who also does windows who said Julio and his team have really done a phenomenal job! We had to replace a window in our downstairs bathroom because the wall suffered extensive water damage over time. Come to find out that the original installation from 25 years ago was not installed correctly. Baycal did an excellent job of replacing the window and repairing the exterior wall to match the existing stucco. I couldn’t have been any happier and have called them back to install a large custom window in my living room.

When he came with another man to install, they were kind and professional and very hard working. The owner himself was working with me as I tried to get someone else to install a glass window panel that I broke.
Everyone else told me to replace the window but Cesar created the panel installed it and made it look new very reasonably on price and adequate on working on my wife's room. In another job on a door same thing the doors was fabricated in 2 weeks as soon as I was notified that it was done he came over and install it in 1 day nicely done clean and very professional. Thanks

I dealt with the owner Directly. He gave me a very good price and repaired a sliding glass door in place without removing it and causing any potential leaks to the home. I had expressed to him that my main concern was that we didn’t cut into the home and create any possible leaks. So he ordered a new sliding panel from the original manufacturer and replaced the broken one for parts and labor for less the than I could have bought the door alone. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He even removed the shattered sliding glass door and cleaned up the entire mess from the broken glass when it broke and didn’t charge me for any of the clean up. I highly recommend using this contractor for any glass work you need. You won’t be disappointed and you will be very happy with his work.
